Creating an Agent Status on Verloop DashboardIn this video, we will learn how to create an agent status on the Verloop.io dashboard. Follow the steps below: Go to the Verloop.io dashboard. Click on "Settings" in the navigation menu. Fill up the following four fields: Reason Name: Enter the name of the status. Count it as: Select whether the agent selecting this status should be counted as working or not working. Pick a Color: Choose a color to color code the status. This color will appear in the timeline. Time Limit: (Optional) Set the maximum time an agent can spend on this status. Click on "Save" to add the status to the list of existing reasons.That's it!
