How to Set Up Business HoursIn this video, we will learn how to set up business hours for your organization. Follow the steps below: Navigate to Settings Click on Chats, Business Hours Click on Add Business Hours button Enable or disable the business hours option Select the timezone from the list of timezones Choose the departments which work by this business hour setting Select the business hours schedule day-wise and multiple slots per day Schedule the business hours daily for all seven days of the week Enter the slot start time and end time for each day Add multiple slots within a single day Add holidays one by one using the Add a Holiday button Enter the date and holiday name for each holiday Click on Save button to freeze the settings Click on Cancel button to discard the changesAfter following the above steps, you will be able to see the recently created business hour in the list under the Business Hours section.
