How to Use Tags in Live ChatLive chat sessions can be of different types, some of which may require special attention or tracking. This is where tags come in handy. Tags help you label and categorize chats, making it easier to find and track them later on. Here's how you can use tags in live chat:Tagging a Chat SessionWhile a live chat session is active, agents can add tags to the conversation. On the right side panel, agents can see conversation tags and select from one of the predefined tags. This helps in categorizing the chat session based on its type or importance.Finding Chats with TagsTo find chats with tags, navigate to Live Chat and on the left side panel, next to the search bar, click on the filter icon button. Scroll down to the Tags section and type in the category you want to view. In the search results, you will see the list of all chat sessions with that category. This makes it easier to find and track specific chat sessions.Configuring TagsTo configure tags, navigate to Settings > Chat > Tags. On the top right corner, click on Plus Create New Tag. You can enter the name and select the color associated with this tag and click on Save. The tag will be added to the list at the bottom. This helps in creating custom tags that suit your specific needs.Using tags in live chat can help you keep track of important conversations, unique queries, or special customers.
