Verloop.io Live Chat FunctionVerloop.io offers a live chat function that allows agents to actively engage with users and potential customers. This makes the support process more natural and conversational. Agents can access all chats across all channels in one place and use various features to close chats quickly and accurately.All Chats SectionThe "All Chats" section is the default section in the live chat interface. It displays all types of chats, including open and closed chats. An open chat refers to an active conversation between an agent or bot and a user. This section provides an overview of all ongoing and completed chats.Waiting on Me SectionIn the "Waiting on Me" section, agents can mark customer requests for later and revisit them when they have time. This helps agents manage their workload and ensures that customer queries are not left unanswered. The "Waiting on Me" status applies to conversations that happen with an agent only.Waiting on User SectionThe "Waiting on User" section is used when the visitor is not responding to the agent or when more details are required from the visitor. In such cases, the agent may want to move on to another chat and come back to the previous visitor when they respond. The "Waiting on User" status helps agents organize their chats effectively. This status also applies to conversations that happen with an agent only.Queue IconBy clicking on the queue icon, agents can view a list of all chats currently in the queue. A chat is placed in the queue when a user requests a transfer to an agent. This feature helps agents prioritize and manage incoming chats efficiently.All Chats Assigned to BotAlong with agent chats, users can also see all chats assigned to a bot in the "All Chats" section. This provides a comprehensive view of all open and closed chats handled by the bot. It allows users to track and monitor bot interactions with customers.Closed ChatsWhen a chat is marked as closed, it signifies the end of the conversation. No further messages can be sent or received through the chatroom. However, visitors can still provide a CSAT score for the chat after it is closed.
