Verloop.io Live Chat RHS TutorialWelcome to the Verloop.io live chat RHS tutorial. In this tutorial, we will guide you through the different sections of the live chat right-hand side (RHS) interface.User Details SectionIn the user details section, you will find information about the user you are chatting with. The user's name is masked, revealing only the last few characters. Below the name, you will see details about the attached recipe to this chat, the channel the user used to reach out to the client, the device and operating system with its version, and the browser and its version.Information and Smart Plugs TabUnder the information tab, you can customize the section based on the client's requirements. Here, you will find the total conversation time and queue time. The implementation team can assist you in setting up this section as per your request.Below the information tab, you will find a drop-down of options for conversation tags. You can select relevant tags to categorize the chat conversation.Heading to the smart plugs tab, you will find a section that is customized based on the API endpoints provided by our client. This feature allows for more customization and caters to the various needs of the client.Recipe and Custom VariablesScrolling below, you will find the recipe and custom variables reflected here. These variables are either captured within the chat through the recipe or set by the client to properly distinguish the chats.Conversation Till Now SectionIn the last part of the live chat RHS, you will find the conversation till now section. This section displays the total count of chats initiated by a particular user along with the chatroom's ID.
