Analytics Section of the Real-Time DashboardIn this video, we will learn about the Analytics section of the Real-Time Dashboard. Let's take a look at Agent Availability Reports.Accessing Agent Availability ReportsYou can access the reports by clicking on the second icon from the left-hand side as highlighted in the video.Agent Availability Report under Team ReportsWith an Agent Availability Report, you can track the activity of your agents on Verloop.io platform. It enables the managers to track break time, login time, chat timeline, chats taken, etc. You can view the data of the agent in a tabular form where columns contains the data of every agent.Filtering DataYou will be able to choose the duration of the data from the date picker. You can select the date for which you want to filter the data out for by selecting the date in the date filter. As highlighted in the video, you can filter the data by departments as well. You can also search for agents by searching for them by name.Columns in the Agent Availability ReportFirst one is the agent's name. Here's the agent's timeline which displays the amount of time that agents are dedicating to their tasks and their break time. When you click on the timeline bar, it will pop the detailed timeline analytics of the agent as shown in the video. You can see total online hours, working hours, non-working hours and away hours of the agent. Logged in time will tell the time when agents log in. Accepting chats time will tell the time duration of agents accepting chats. Not accepting chats time indicates the time duration of agents when they didn't accept incoming conversations. Away time indicates the time duration when agents are away. Logged off time indicates the time when agents log off.I hope this video was helpful. Thank you.
