It includes chats that started before today but had activity today.New ChatsThis metric represents the total number of chats that have had any activity involving the end customer, bot, or agent since midnight today. It specifically includes chats that started today, on the current day.Deflected ChatsThis metric represents the total number of chats that were closed by the bot since midnight today. It includes chats that were not transferred to an agent and were resolved by the bot.Transferred ChatsThis metric represents the total number of chats that have been transferred between agents since midnight today. It includes all transfers made during the day.Resolved ChatsThis metric represents the total number of chats that have been marked as resolved or closed by agents since midnight today.
