Overall CSATThis widget displays the overall customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores. It provides three important pieces of information: Aggregate CSAT scores: This shows the total CSAT scores received on all chats since midnight today. It includes both bot closed and agent closed chats. Percentage distribution of CSAT scores: This shows the distribution of CSAT scores received today as a percentage. X out of Y chats: This indicates the number of chats closed by client ID until now today (Y), and the number of chats that received a CSAT score until now today (X).Please note that CSAT is calculated as the number of positive CSAT scores divided by the total number of CSAT scores received, multiplied by 100. Positive CSAT scores include thumbs up or scores of 4 or 5. Negative CSAT scores include thumbs down or scores of 1, 2, or 3.
