Widget Description: Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) ScoreThis widget provides information on the Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score of the bot. It displays three important metrics: Aggregate CSAT scores received by the bot since midnight today. Percentage distribution of CSAT scores received today. CSAT score based on X out of Y chats, where Y is the total number of chats closed by the bot today, and X is the number of chats that received a CSAT rating.1. Aggregate CSAT ScoresThe widget shows the total CSAT scores received by the bot starting from midnight hours today. This metric gives an overall view of the customer satisfaction level.2. Percentage Distribution of CSAT ScoresThis metric provides a breakdown of the CSAT scores received today. It shows the percentage distribution of different CSAT ratings (e.g., satisfied, neutral, dissatisfied) given by customers. This helps in understanding the overall sentiment of customers.3. CSAT Score based on X out of Y ChatsThis metric calculates the CSAT score based on the number of chats that received a CSAT rating out of the total number of chats closed by the bot today.
