Agent CSAT WidgetThe Agent CSAT widget displays the customer satisfaction (CSAT) score of agents. It provides three important pieces of information:1. Aggregate CSAT ScoreThe widget shows the aggregate CSAT score received by all agents from the start of the day (midnight hours) until the current time.2. Percentage Distribution of CSAT ScoresThe widget also presents the percentage distribution of CSAT scores received today. This distribution gives an overview of how satisfied customers are with the service provided by agents.3. X out of Y ChatsThe last piece of information displayed by the widget is based on the number of chats closed by agents until the current time. It shows the ratio of chats that received a CSAT score (X) out of the total number of chats closed (Y).By providing these three key metrics, the Agent CSAT widget allows you to quickly assess the overall customer satisfaction and performance of agents.
