Wabah Module OverviewIn this video, we will be exploring the Wabah module, which is located on the left panel of the Verloop dashboard. Wabah allows you to leverage Verloop as your business service provider for WhatsApp campaigns and conversations.Accessing Wabah DetailsTo access the Wabah details, click on the three dots on the left panel and view the information linked to the onboard number. This includes the Wabah ID, Facebook Manager ID, message limit, and more.Creating a Template Start by creating a sample template for your WhatsApp messages. Give the template a name and select the language and category. Enable a header if needed. Add content to the main body of the text and include buttons if necessary. Preview the template and click on the button to request approval. Check the approval status by searching for the template name.Sending Messages through Outreach Navigate to the Outreach module. Create an outreach campaign and select the configured WABA number. Add an approved message to the campaign. Fill out the details in the Excel template for the target audience. Upload the Excel file and schedule the campaign. Choose a recipe for customer replies. Publish the campaign and view the log in the Outreach tab.Sending Outreach Campaign via APIIf you have a dynamic list of recipients, you can use the API method to trigger your WhatsApp campaign. Use the same approved message and utilize the outreach code provided in the main dashboard.Analytics in Wabah ModuleThe Analytics tab provides information on the W cost charged for different conversation types and the conversation volume data for connected phone numbers. The graphs show the cost and volume of conversations over time, categorized by conversation types and flows.Checking Outreach MetricsTo view outreach metrics, schedule an outreach report via the settings menu. Customize the report duration and select the report type as outreach. Specify the email ID to receive the report and access it to analyze various metrics such as status, delivery time, creation time, and error messages.That concludes the topic for today's video.
