Chat StatusThe chat status widget displays the current status of chats on the platform. It provides information about the number of chats in different categories. The information panel is divided into six categories: Open Chats: This category shows the number of chats that are currently open and being handled by agents or bots. Agent Open Chats: This category displays the number of chats that are currently open and being handled by agents specifically. Bot Open Chats: This category shows the number of chats that are currently open and being handled by bots. Chats in Queue: This category displays the number of chats that are currently in the queue, waiting to be assigned to an agent or bot. Chats Waiting on User: This category shows the number of chats that are waiting for a response from the user. Chats Waiting on Me: This category displays the number of chats that are waiting for a response from the current user.Please note that these numbers will only account for chats that have occurred within the last 20 days.
