Live Chat UIThe Live Chat UI consists of three main sections: the left side panel, the center section, and the right-side panel.Center SectionIn the center section, you can view the conversation of a particular chat. When you click on a chat in the left side panel, the center panel opens up. Here, you will find the following information: Reply box: This is where agents can reply to customers, use emojis, and attach files such as PDF, audio, video, and images. Internal notes: Agents can write important messages that other handlers of the chat should know for future reference.ChatGPT and its FeaturesChatGPT is a language model for dialogue that has gained popularity since its launch in November 2022. It has introduced new features to the product: AI Rephrasing: With AI rephrasing, you can rewrite or rephrase your words, sentences, or entire content with the click of a button. This saves time and shortens your workflow. AI Expand: AI Expand helps customers type complete sentences and provides agents with additional context and background information for better communication. Tone Adjustment: You can adjust the tone of your words, sentences, or entire content to casual, semi-casual, and formal with the AI Tone Adjustment feature.Chat ManagementIn the chat management section, you can perform the following actions: Transfer chat: You can manually transfer a chat to another agent or department. Change chat status: Agents can change the status of the chat. Chat disposition form: After closing a chat, agents can summarize the discussion using Verloop's chat disposition form. This form records the outcome of each chat session without the need for manual note-taking or data sharing.Right-Side Panel (Information Panel)In the right-side panel, you can find information about your customers, plugins, tags, and chat history. This section provides the following information: Visitor's availability: Shows if the visitor is online or not. Visitor's name. Recipe name: Indicates which recipe the visitor is chatting from. Visitor's browser details and IP. Conversation duration. Conversation tags. Recipe variables and custom fields: Display information from integrated databases. Conversations till now: Shows all the chats the user has had in the past. Agents can click on any chat to view previously initiated chats by the user.Smart Plug SectionIn the Smart Plug section, you can integrate the live chat plugin with your or any other third-party application. This allows you to push or fetch data in a pre-configured way. Agents can also edit visitor details and block visitors who behave inappropriately (app or web users only, not applicable for WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook users).
