FAQs with Terra AI Module by VerloopIn this session, we will be discussing the FAQs that are a part of the Terra AI module offered by Verloop. The FAQs are automated customer query answering system that leverages the NLP and machine learning capabilities of the platform. It makes the chatbot more reliable and intelligent.Creating an FAQ CategoryTo create an FAQ category, follow these steps: Navigate to the left panel and click on the Terra AI option. Click on the FAQ tab. Click on the "Create New" button to provide a name for your FAQ category. Scroll over to the category you've created and click on View. Create groups of questions that will be mapped onto a single answer to reduce redundancy and differentiate one type of question from the other. Add different questions and their permutations to give a broader scope to this group. Link the questions to a particular answer and select the type of format you want the answer to be. Save the changes and additions to the groups. Train the FAQs by clicking on the "Train" button to update the bot regarding the adjustments made to the FAQ categories.Enabling FAQs to a Recipe BlockTo enable FAQs to a recipe block, follow these steps: Click on the "Advanced Options" or add a new FAQ block. Select the choice of FAQs that you want to deploy against the block. Apply the changes and publish the recipe.Testing the FAQsTo test the FAQs, follow these steps: Ask a generic question regarding the FAQ created. Observe how the bot identifies intent and answers in accordance with the question category created. Repeat the process to further test the bot's intent recognition capabilities.With these steps, you can create and enable FAQs to your chatbot and make it more reliable and intelligent.
