Bot Performance ReportThe Bot Performance Report provides valuable insights into how well your bot is performing in handling incoming conversation volume, responsiveness to customer queries, and customer satisfaction with your support. To access the Bot Performance Report, follow these steps: Click on the Reports icon located in the left sidebar. Under Bot Reports, select Bot Performance Report.Once you have accessed the Bot Performance Report, you will find several widgets and tables that provide detailed information about your bot's performance.Bot Handling Time TrendThe Bot Handling Time Trend widget allows you to quickly assess how well the bot is resolving customers' issues. It displays the average time spent in handling and resolving customers' queries. You can also view response rates and chat volume for each day in a table format below the graph.Bot Conversation Handling Time TrendThe Bot Conversation Handling Time Trend widget shows how the bot is handling the chat volume. It provides information on the volume of conversations handled and the number of conversations resolved. By hovering your mouse pointer along the graph, you can access more detailed information. Similar to the Bot Handling Time Trend widget, response rates and chat volume for each day are displayed in a table format below the graph.Performance TableThe Performance Table gives you a comprehensive overview of your bot's performance. It includes the following columns: Date: The date of the performance data. Handled Chats: The total number of chats handled by the bot. Fresh Chats: The number of new chats received. Resolved Chats: The number of chats successfully resolved by the bot. Auto-closed by the Bot: The number of chats automatically closed by the bot. Deflected by Bot: The number of chats redirected or deflected by the bot. First Response Time: The average time taken by the bot to provide the first response. Response Time: The average time taken by the bot to respond to customer queries. Resolution Time: The average time taken by the bot to resolve customer issues. CSAT Score: The customer satisfaction score based on customer feedback.You can also filter the data for a specific time period using the filter option located in the top right corner of the report.By analyzing the Bot Performance Report, you can gain valuable insights into how well your bot is performing and make informed decisions to improve its efficiency and customer satisfaction.
